Orders less than $100 = $20 Flat Rate Shipping
Free Shipping only applies to the lower 48 states.

📨 Order Confirmation
- Once your order is placed, we verify item availability and readiness to ship.
- If an item is unavailable or backordered, we’ll void the pre-authorization and contact you.
- If available, we’ll process your payment and prepare your shipment.
🚀 Order Shipment
- Shipping times are typically 1 - 2 weeks for product in hand.
- Some bigger items have 2 - 4 week shipping times. This will be identified during the checkout section of your order.
- If Shipping will not meet the times above you will be notified to confirm order.
- Shipping confirmation is sent within 24 hours of warehouse dispatch.

🌍 International Orders
- We do not ship internationally, and only operate in the lower 48 states.
- Our products are designed for the U.S. market and operate and typically operate on 120V power unless otherwise stated.
- Items are certified to U.S. electrical safety standards.
- Once approved, orders are processed through our secure online payment gateway.
📸 Damaged Shipments
- Inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
- If damage is visible:
- Note it while signing for delivery or refuse to accept it.
- If accepted, take clear photos of the damaged packaging and item.
