🛍️ Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

While we fully stand by every product that we sell, we understand that sometimes you might change your mind or realize the product you ordered wasn't exactly what you were hoping for.


🔁 How to Make a Return

Only Mytee brand products are eligible for return, and must be requested within 30 days of the original invoice date.

  • Email us at sales@americancleaningequipment.com with your order number.
  • We will provide detailed instructions on how to process the return.
  • Our goal is to make this as simple as possible for you.

💰 Restocking Fee

  • All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and administrative processing.
  • Restocking fees apply to all eligible Mytee product returns unless otherwise stated in writing by our team.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

📦 Condition of Returned Items

To receive a refund:

  • Items must be returned to our distribution center in "Like New" condition.
  • Include all original packaging and accessories.
  • Items must show no visual signs of wear.
  • Products with wear or use-related issues will not be accepted or refunded.

💳 Refund Timeline

  • Once the item is returned and successfully inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
  • Refunds are typically issued within 5 business days of item verification.

📦 Damages

  • Any damage must be noted immediately upon delivery and reported with photos to sales@americancleaningequipment.com the same day.
  • We will cover return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise.
  • Keep all original packaging.
  • All returns must be authorized by our customer service team prior to processing.
  • Items damaged after use are non-refundable, unless covered under warranty.

Cancellations

  • Email or call our customer service team immediately to avoid return shipping fees.
  • Cancellations made before shipment will receive a full refund.
  • If the item has already shipped, our standard Return Policy applies and return shipping fees will be deducted.

📌 Additional Return Policy Notes

  • Products listed as certified pre-owned or used are not eligible for return.
  • American Cleaning Equipment sells to customers intending to use the item(s) for their full economic life. Returns will not be accepted for items purchased with intent for temporary or one-time use, including:
    • Trade shows
    • Promotional events
    • Conference venues
