  • If an item is unavailable or backordered, we’ll void the pre-authorization and contact you.
  • If available, we’ll process your payment and prepare your shipment.

  • In-stock items ship within 3 business days of order placement.
  • Shipping confirmation is sent within 24 hours of warehouse dispatch.

📸 Damaged Shipments

  • Inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
  • If damage is visible:
    • Note it while signing for delivery or refuse to accept it.
    • If accepted, take clear photos of the damaged packaging and item.
